Electronic Challan cum Return (ECR)
After running payroll, generate the ECR file for EPFO submission:
- Go to Dashboard > Payroll > Statutory Returns
- Select "PF ECR" and the payroll month
- PeopleOS generates the ECR file in EPFO-compatible format
- Download and upload to the EPFO portal
The ECR includes: UAN, member name, gross wages, EPF wages, EPF contribution, EPS contribution, and EDLI contribution for each employee.
