Payslip downloads

Accessing Payslips

Employees can access their payslips from the ESS portal:

  1. Go to ESS > My Payslips
  2. Select the month/year
  3. View the payslip inline or download as PDF
  4. Each PDF includes a QR code for authenticity verification

Payslips are available within 24 hours of payroll approval. Historical payslips are retained for 7 years per compliance requirements.
