Configuring PF & ESI

PF Configuration

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Statutory to configure your PF settings:

• PF establishment code and registration number
• Contribution rate (default 12%)
• PF wage ceiling (₹15,000 or voluntary higher)
• Admin charges (0.5%) and EDLI (0.5%)

ESI Configuration

ESI is automatically applied when an employee's gross salary is ≤ ₹21,000/month:

• Employee contribution: 0.75%
• Employer contribution: 3.25%

PeopleOS monitors salary changes and automatically starts/stops ESI when the threshold is crossed.
