Attendance regularisation

Regularisation Workflow

If an employee forgets to check in/out or has an incorrect attendance record:

  1. Employee submits a regularisation request from ESS > Attendance
  2. Provides the correct check-in/out times and reason
  3. Manager reviews and approves/rejects
  4. Approved regularisations update the attendance log

Regularisation requests can be submitted within 7 days of the attendance date (configurable).
