Handling Arrears

When a salary revision is backdated, PeopleOS automatically calculates arrears for all affected months. The arrears include:

• Differential earnings (Basic, HRA, allowances)
• Adjusted PF contributions (both employee and employer)
• Recalculated PT if gross slab changed
• TDS recalculation for the full year

Arrears are shown as a separate line item on the payslip for the current month, with a detailed calculation trace.
