Adding your first employees

Add Employees

Navigate to Dashboard > Employees > Add New. Required fields include:

  • First name, last name, and work email
  • Date of joining
  • Department and designation
  • PAN number (for TDS)
  • Bank account details (for salary credit)

Bulk Import

For larger teams, use the CSV import feature at Dashboard > Migration. PeopleOS auto-detects column mappings with 30+ field aliases — upload your existing spreadsheet and review the mapping before confirming.
